Looking for a machine that cuts to length without the UV laser wire marking system? The MRO CUT machine offers aerospace and other industrial users an efficient and automatic solution for cutting electrical wires to a specified length.
The cutting specifications for the wires can be automatically downloaded from the production data files.  A rework mode for small volume production is also available.

The EASY CUT software and the various options proposed (traceability, label printing etc.) are fully compatible with the ULYS™ and MRO 200 series of products.

The MRO CUT can easily be transformed into a MRO 200 laser wire marker thanks to a very simple upgrade.

Minimal workload

The MRO CUT is designed to operate without any external adjustment or daily maintenance.

In day to day operations, the operator’s tasks are limited to:

• Changing the spool.
• Setting up the cable.
• Closing the front panel.
